To provide students with a broad appreciation and understanding of educational systems in social, economic, historic, and normative perspectives as one basis for the proper exercise of administrative leadership. To provide students with an understanding of central issues in teaching and learning as the core concern of schools. To convey inquiry skills and provide opportunities to use these skills on crucial problems of administrative practice.
